Welcome to our vintage Cape Cod home on the quiet bayside of North Eastham. We are located approximately a 1/2 mile from Cooks Brook Beach.  This  three bedroom home includes an open living-room/dining-room/kitchen combination. We have recently updated the cottage and have included all of the comforts of home.  The home comfortably sleeps six. Hardwood floors have been added throughout the home, and the entire house was recently repainted;two new decks were added this year. There is also an outdoor rainfall shower with hot and cold running water. For your convenience, we have a full-size washer and dryer.  This is a smoke-free home.
