We are located approximately a 1/2 mile from Cooks Brook Beach.  This 3-bedroom home includes an open living-room/dining-room/kitchen combination with a wood-burning brick fireplace.  We have recently updated the cottage and have included all of the comforts of home.  The home comfortably sleeps 6, with a newly remodeled full bath and brand new outdoor shower with hot and cold running water.  All of the bedding, the appliances, the carpeting, and electronics are all new as of 2006.  The hardwood floors have been refinished, the entire house was recently repainted, and the deck was replaced.  There are 3 window A/C units for your personal comfort and a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.  This is a smoke-free home.
